  I got this a couple of weeks ago, It is definately worth the download time.
 I got great results with 600x400/256 color dithered on a test flc using the
 200 frame space scene that comes with LW4.0.
 The amount of control over the conversion process is amazing compared to
 anything else out there in the freeware/shareware category and addressses
 the batch conversion process as well/better than most of the comercial
 products I've used. It can run from either a GUI, or you can use Command lines
  You can batch the batch job! :')
  I can imagine that this program would be a great assett to those who would
 use the graphics for games or Multimedia presentations...
  Anyways thanks for the tip Matt! It's just what I was looking for.
